Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Orixe websites and, together with your subscription agreement, the Orixe platform.
1. Use of the service
The Orixe platform is provided to business customers under a subscription agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you and your suppliers submit, and for keeping login credentials confidential.
2. Customer data and ownership
You retain ownership of the supplier, product and sustainability data you upload. Orixe processes it to deliver the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and any data processing agreement.
3. Availability and support
Orixe works to keep the platform available and secure, and may perform planned maintenance. Service levels, if any, are set out in your subscription agreement.
4. Intellectual property
The Orixe platform, website, brand and content are owned by Orixe. No rights are transferred other than the right to use the service under your agreement.
5. Limitation of liability
Orixe provides compliance tooling and information, not legal advice. Responsibility for regulatory compliance remains with your organisation. Liability is limited as set out in your subscription agreement and by applicable law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law, with disputes settled by the competent courts of Sweden, unless your agreement states otherwise.
