Accept new invitations

Once a buyer invites you to join Orixe, you can accept the invitation depending on the type of request: Connection, Sustainability (ESG), or Audit.‍

1. Accepting an Invitation via Connection

• Open the email from the buyer.
• Click the link inside the invitation snippet.
• Create your company account. Complete the registration process.
• After registering, the connection is created automatically - you are now linked to the buyer’s company.‍

2. Accepting an Invitation via Sustainability (ESG Assessment)

• Open the email from the buyer.
• Click the link inside the invitation snippet.
• Create your company account. Complete the registration process.
• After registering, the connection is created automatically.
• You may receive a notification:“[Buyer’s Company Name] has sent you a request to fill out the ESG assessment.”
• Click on the notification → you will be directed to the ESG survey page.
• Fill out the ESG form and submit it.‍

3. Accepting an Invitation via Audit

• Open the email from the buyer.
• Click the link inside the invitation snippet.
• Create your company account. Complete the registration process.
• After registering, the connection is created automatically.
• You may receive a notification:“[Buyer’s Company Name] has sent you an audit to fill out.”
• Click on the notification → you will be directed to the audit page.
• Complete the audit form and submit it.
